    The Services are provided for a one-time payment and are intended solely for the purpose of pet identification and recovery.

  4. Payment and Fees

    The Product and Services are available for a one-time payment. This payment provides access to the Services for the lifetime of the Service. Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of purchase.

    • Data collected: Pet information, user contact details, billing and shipping address information, and location data of QR code scans.
    • Data usage: To provide Services and assist in pet recovery.
    • Data sharing: Limited to individuals scanning the QR tag for recovery purposes.

    The location sharing feature relies on QR code scans and is not a real-time tracking service. The accuracy of location data may vary and is dependent on the device and network of the individual scanning the QR tag.

    Our Product and Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

    • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Services.
    • The recovery of lost or missing pets.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Product or Services.
    • Loss or damage to the QR tag or failure to recover a pet.
